This course is for adults ready to do gentle, structured emotional work. No prior experience needed — just curiosity and a willingness to feel.
How it works
Self-paced video lessons, downloadable worksheets, and a private space to journal your reflections. Your progress is saved as you go.
What you’ll need
20–30 minutes per week, a quiet space, and something to write with. That’s it.
